If the marine propeller does not have the original material, the chemical composition of the propeller material must be analyzed, and the material of the propeller must be determined according to the chemical composition of the propeller. The welding material should be close to the chemical composition of the base metal, and the mechanical properties should be guaranteed, especially the fatigue strength should be close to the base metal, and the cut should have sufficient corrosion resistance. Select reasonable welding consumables and equipment, the repair manufacturer compiles detailed welding repair procedures, and submits the operator’s welder certificate to the ship survey. Welding can only be carried out after the ship's ship survey is approved. Alloy argon arc welding wire and arc welding electrode core adopt the following chemical composition: 60%~65% copper, 5.0%~6.5% aluminum, 2%~3% iron, the balance is zinc, alloy argon arc welding wire and electric arc The following chemical composition is recommended for the electrode core: 11.5%~14.0% manganese, 7.0%~8.5% aluminum, 2.5%~3.5% iron, 1.8%~2.5% nickel, the balance is copper, the diameter of the wire and core is 3.2mm ~5.0mm.
